Jay is an accomplished runner. He ran varsity track and field/cross country throughout his 4 years of high school.

He specialized in mid-distance and hurdling events. He continued his career of competitive running in college. Jay competed for 4 seasons at SUNY-Buffalo State when he was a student there. He was a part of 2011 and 2012 SUNYAC Indoor championship team and was NCAA qualifier in 2012. Jay has completed 5 half-marathons over the past several years in Brooklyn, Queens, Long island, Philly and Washington D.C. Jay’s competitive running experience gives his a unique prospective on the running related injuries. Because rehabilitation of the runner involves so many different factors, Jay has the knowledge and expertise that will help you to get back to the things you love to do.

Even though Jay no longer competes in track and field, he continues to stay active with playing soccer, recreational running, working out in the gym.
