Patient Testimonials

I injured my left shoulder and could not get the full range of motion. My shoulder also got weaker and I started compensating with the right one. I had weakness in the limb when was swimming or doing Yoga.

As a licensed acupuncturist I was a bit biased about exercising to increase ROM in my shoulder. Boris worked with me and showed me exercise routines to strengthen my weakened muscles and over a short period of time I noticed much greater range of motion and more strength.

Now I can do a prayer Yoga posture (when you put both of your hands in a prayer position behind your back). Thanks to Boris Physical Therapy routine I significantly recovered and now send my patients for Physical Therapy.

“A lifetime of competitive sports and martial arts has had some inevitable consequences and I’ve needed physical therapy several times over the last few years. Having had some disappointing experiences in the past I did my homework this time around. The PSPT website is definitely worth checking out – Svetlana and Boris, the directors, are impressively credentialed, and from my experience that appears to be top/down – I haven’t been disappointed.”
